Campus IT offers a complimentary drop-off and pick-up service for University departmental repairs at our store. We accept Apple laptop and desktop computers, as well as iPods.

This service is only for hardware failure, and does not cover software problems including Operating System (OS), directory or file corruption etc.

Our Service partner is ComputersNow, located in North Sydney.

There is no additional charge for pick up and delivery between our store and ComputersNow.

Note: For desktop computers, we ask that they are packed securely in boxes before being dropped off at our store. All equipment will be couriered, and we will not be liable for any damage which may have been caused by poorly packed equipment. We will however do our best to secure your laptops and iPods.
